what's the main source for your throw? slingshot pullback? punch + hips? snapping wrist? shoulder etc...

for myself it's rapid slingshot pullback + twist of my hips . your turn!

Ideally I think everything should be still except the movement of the forearm in a pendulum type motion, but not everyone can do that.

I think I try the above but I also think my wrist is exerting a lot when I throw which is probably why I often get wrist ache.

Besides the forward motion of my arm at the end its the finger wrist drive snap. Flight school goes into that btw.
