Researching a few darts last night and I found I can save a few $ over A180 on certain items. Pure Darts is definely helping out customers in the USA.
Very happy with them.

Just a +1 for delivery or is there any other defining factors that stood out for you? The website's ease of use. Customer Service? Cost of supplies? Cost of shipping?

they were cheaper in some off the stuff lefty and the delivery was only a £1 so they are spot on for me happy dude

they sent me a catalogue with it aswell so will be havin a good threw at that lol our lass will be goin mental she blames grip for this addiction lol

Was just going to order a set of Hankey's (back up set) with Storm points but I didn't see if they installed the points for me. A180 has a place to check if you want them to do it. Does PD do this?

Based on the good reviews, I finally took the plunge to try Pure Darts and got a couple of on-sale soft tips. So far, PD has the cheapest prices out there. Hopefully my order arrives soon and in order.

I ordered a set of darts from them on Monday and just now I got a message from them on twitter saying they are still waiting for it to be in stock!! Evil or Very Mad

Did they think I'd be impressed when they offered me a more expensive dart at no extra cost as a replacement? Evil or Very Mad

How long does Pure Darts normally send you the tracking number after you ask for it?

Were November 1 and 2 non-working holidays in the UK, as well as today?

10 outta ten for all the guys and gals at Pure Darts! Did my order VERY LATE AFTERNOON Wednesday and had it all through today!! A much needed Unicorn OcheMate and a shitload of stems - spent way under a tenner to boot and a nice little catalogue thrown in for good measure! Smile

Wasn't so impressed with my last order from them as it took 6 days to arrive - so sorry PD but a -1 for this order.

It was only a small order that I put in on Friday lunchtime but I expected it to arrive on Saturday, or Monday at the latest. Got home Tuesday night and still nothing so checked the status and it was still showing as new so I sent them an email. Didn't get a reply to say sorry or anything on Wednesday but I received an email in the afternoon saying the order had been dispatched. It eventually turned up yesterday 6 days after the order went in.

I will still recommend them as they are about the cheapest around and generally pretty quick - hopefully they can get the rep point back on my next order which will most likely be in the new year now as I have to buy some Xmas presents for my daughter lol.

Finally got my first order from Pure Darts.

Here are my grades:
Price - 10/10 - can't beat GBP16 for a PT WC 16g Gold Titanium Softip. With Free power packs!
Selection - 8/10 - not as extensive as other shops but items I wanted were available.
Website - 8/10 - user friendly. More info on the darts (dimensions, etc.) and closeup pics would be good improvements.
S&H - 10/10 - Items were properly packed and arrived in perfect condition.
Postage - 4/10 - more expensive than DC, which I also use to order online.
Customer Service - 4/10 - Sent some emails that were not replied to. Thanks to Darren for helping me get a response.

Overall, I'm happy with Pure Darts. Bottomline is that I got items for the cheapest price (with freebies) and they arrived properly.
