First order with Pure Darts placed on Sunday & was delivered this morning (Tuesday) in full , got Alan Tabern pro stone cheapest price I could find plus over £6 of free target rings & Flights. Will deffo use again great service, charged £1 postage

last two orders from pure have contained one wrong item. just silly wee things .one time fair enough but twice in a row . wrong shaped flights which was sorted then wrong colour stems this morning . i feel really petty complaining about such a small thing but it does pee me off

so, would you count that towards shipping & handling or customer service? I know where I would put it but I leave the feedback to you.

I agree that they are little things and I am glad that they sorted it out the first time. Kind of silly to make the mistake again though.

does anyone know what T/A stands for on the pure websites darts descriptions pages . also if the weight of the soft tip barrels are barrel only or made up weight. i'll email them but wont get a response till monday hoping someone here can fill me in in the mean time .

bought storm points from them and they dont fit my carreras i can push the points in by hand and pull them out by hand been in touch with them and they said they will contact target abt this problem still waitin from ansa ???????????

The weight is of the barrel by itself. That has been my experience with Pure Darts in the past.

Thats a Target problem really not Pure.

you can pm Rob but he sometimes isn't on for a week or so

I'm sure Pure and Target will respond, sometimes not as quick as we like but am confident in both entities. I'm assuming that you removed the original points which really IMO shouldn't affect the dart at all.
Gonna watch this closely as I have never had a problem with storm points.

Might want to email them about that. Weight listed is 16 or 18g but that might be for an entire dart.

The actual barrel might be 2 grams less.

I hate when companies use steel tip weighing method for soft tips.

Thanks Jamie for pointing out Pure's soft tip selection. Never knew they had so many soft tip darts from hi-tec.

They promote that they offer the cheapest possible price instead of raising the price and then offering discounts.

Got my order Saturday from Pure Darts. A set of McCoys and three sets of 30mm Target Storms points. Great prices, excellent service and cheapest shipping. I give them a 10 in all areas. I have bought at least 10 sets of Sabergrips from them and I can't keep them because I offer them for sale and they go like hot cakes. Sold 2 sets this past 2 weeks. The storm points where 50% cheaper than an American company that I won't mention. I hope that members try them and let them know your from Dartsnutz forum.

Jest received my order from Pure Darts. Consider they delivered december 27th I'm very satisfied by the time. I've also found this site very cheap (at least, compared to italian standards)

I placed the order on Dec 29th, so with the holiday that's 5 working days to Canada! Astounding!! There were lots of goodies in the parcel as well. I missed the 180 twice so far and am very happy to say that they are my last set. This is it for once and for all! No joking.

I can't say enough about Puredarts, 5 stars from me and I recommend any dart shooter to buy from them.
