| When I hold my extended arm out a split second in stead of dropping immediately. How about you ? |

| Hmm this is something I am working on at present, trying to develop a good follow through.
I throw sometimes and completely forgot about a follow through and often cut it short so its more of a stabbing kind of throw.
When I get my follow through right I seem to do much better, so it obvious to me its a vital part of the throw, just need more practice at it. |

your so right goofy, but folks with extending their arm problems should try this IMO until it becomes second nature. Snatching is done by 80% of all pub players Ive heard. |

| I throw like James Wade (the long stroke). I don't know how to use the stiff wrist method. Anyone would like to illustrate it to me how the stiff wrist method works ?? |

| I really can't comment on that one because the moment I start to think about it nothing is better/worse. They all end up being horrible. I have noticed however that in my motion if I extend my arm too much before I draw my throw tends to be way off target. |
