| Just seen the sad news about Jeff Pickup,he was the best dart maker I've ever seen and a fine gentleman.Our thoughts and prayers to his family..R.I.P With great sadness that I post this...On Friday Jeff Pickup passed away in Flordia as the result of a heart attack. Jeff's name is know everywhere as the maker of great darts which became instrumental in the creation of great dart players. |

Know the name very well, couple of his sets made it across the sea's to me in England - a fine craftsman and by all reports a real gentleman.

| Nooooooo! thats sad to hear, R.I.P. I think God must have wanted some custom darts so he decided to call on the services of a great craftsman. I am glad I have a few of his sets, I will treasure them now. Condolences to his family. |

| Sad news indeed as I had a few sets made for me by Jeff.
Lovely chap to have had the fortune to talk to on the phone, get his emails and even chat to his wife Brenda.
His standard of craftsmanship was singled out by his own special style, own points and even the grading of tungsten.
I hope the man upstairs has a venue where he can use someone who can make decent darts.

Correct me if I am wrong I think I read somewhere that Jeff was the who came up with the Powerpoint Design and sold it to Harrows many years back???
