I have found myself reading through the various threads trying to remember which shop was a good one and which shop was a not so good one. I've also seen threads where shops received great reviews up front and over time have started to slip in quality. To address this I thought it might be useful to have a running compilation of the various shops. The shops are rated best to worst overall with as much individuality as I could think of, and had the time to include up front. Feel free to post suggestions in here as to how the chart can be improved. If you want to add your opinion of a shop based on one of the criteria listed in the table simply go to that shop's thread and post a comment with a +1 or -1 and the specific criteria that you are ranking. (i.e. A180 +1 customer service, -1 website)

• Price - How much it cost for the gear.
  
• Selection - How much gear they offer.
  
• Website - How easy is it to navigate the website.
  
• S&H - How well the gear was packaged and delivered safely and timely. Try to only take the shops responsiveness into consideration since they can't actually control the couriers.
  
• Postage ($, £, €) - How much they charged for delivery.
  
• Customer Service - How friendly, helpful, and quick they were in dealing with your overall order and concerns.
  
• Addtl Comments - Anything that you want to add that you think is relevant to aid others in their search for dart equipment.

Note: A blank cell indicates that it has received no reviews for that criteria. A cell with 0 indicates it has received a balance of +1/-1 reviews

Madhouse darts arent taking custom orders anymore as there customs were made by Eddie at Elven Darts, when he found out about there website and the fact they're charging more than he does, he refused to supply them anymore

That's good to know thefox - I knew Madhouse contracted them out but didn't know who to. I was thinking about getting a duplicate set of my customs so now I know where to go to (if I ever fall out of love with the Monster Ogres that is lol)

That is interesting. Although, it makes sense that they would mark them up. Hard to run a business if you sell everything at cost.

i've never done any trading with madhouse-i could understand a slight markup maybe 15%, however was madhouse passing eddies darts off as their own?

good for eddie then! i think that may have been the issue moreso than the price jack. you have to give credit to whom its due. Does eddie use a mark to distinguish his customs?

Postage refers to postage costs. S&H refers to shipping time and package care.
