Tough one to answer, in theory storm points should go in any standard steel tip dart but I have found that they can be tight in some barrels, loose in some and perfect in others, including Target darts - I had a nightmare trying to get a set of storms in me Lewis' silica's let me tell you.
There are ways and means however, cling film will help hold them in if loose fitting and sanding them will help them go into tight barrels.
As for flights and stems, normal nylon stems are tops for cost and durability.
For flights i would go for the R4X type, I think most manufacturers do these now including McCoy and Ruthless - they are tough and long lasting. I think they are 100 microns thick if memory serves me correct which is pretty tough.
As for where to buy, entirely up to you but I tend to use Puredarts.co.uk as its cheap, fast delivery and has everything I need.
