I always get cold hands and when I do, they cramp up and won't be able to throw. It's getting quite annoying and I'm not able to score as I usually do. What do u suggest?

I have one in the car too. Soon as I leave the warm bit, it's freezing and awkward

skip rope for 10 mins and wear boxing gloves when playing you might have poor circulation, but if the room is cold you will be too.

put mittens on , but make sure they aren't the ones with string through the sleeves or you'll punch your left ear each time you throw a dart

I get really cold hands too, I use a Hot Rox hand warmer thing I got for Christmas, it has worked a treat! Just keep it in my pocket.
