| I've seen elsewhere that people have suggested that the boards used for PL have larger trebles and doubles than the boards released for the general public. I for one have always thought this to be a bunch of bs..... BUT last night I said to myself more then once.. "man, that treble segment looks huge!!!" The 1st time I said it was when Gary Anderson filled up the 60 bit on a trip to the oche. I'll find a video of said visit in a bit, but I swear it looked bigger than normal. Might of been the camera angle, etc... not sure. We've all heard the debate about PDC boards vs BDO boards. "Toy" boards, etc... Personally, I would LOVE to see someone (Getagrip) do a review of segment size between the 2 boards with a nice set of calipers. What do YOU guys think?????

| LOL that is so funny you say that, because I said the same thing to my Dad, must be just the cameras though surely?
LOL I already did one on the Eclipse HD, and the segments on the HD were a touch smaller I think.
I think with the strong lighting and the camera close ups there may be some distortion when watching on TV, I could be wrong though??? |

| Here's a quick little vid. Granted, I doubt the human eye can detect a mm worth of difference but they do seem a bit big. The darts that RvB and Ando are using are in the 23-24 gram range yet take up VERY little room in the treble. http://www.justin.tv/tungstentv/b/365318915 |

| Hasn't Taylor signed and handed the board out after winning it on a couple of occasions. I wouldn't of thought that they would be too keen to let them be handed out if it was basically a rigged set up |

| They do look bigger, don't they? If they were like that on my board, I'd still miss though |

| They look right to me I think it is because they are so well lit it becomes deceptive to the eye. |

| it's just the odds the books are offering . they always chuck stuff like this in . waites just won the bdo punters will see the odds and fancy a punt on him . and the bookies will probably keep their money as he isn't playing in the pdc and probably wont be. |

The segments look big here too. Hmmm, maybe that's why you hit so many big scores. Yes. That's a special board I bought from Winmau. Segments are 12mm wide instead of the regulation 10mm. Shhhh. |

| its JD's cheat board, it is the opposite of a trainer board, instead of the segments been half size they are double size of a normal board/ Got to get me one of those too! |
