| Darren Young played well - not much help from Butler IMO. |

| I'll try not to player bash, but when you drink beer 100% of the time EVERY time you play, you cannot expect the same results on stage drinking water. |

| Could he (whoever your referring to, as i don't know any of the pair personally) not have had a couple of stiff ones before going on stage to settle those nerves????? As i and any other Canadian players that were fortunate enough to represent their provinces in the national championships know, behind the ropes its water only, strictly enforced, bit once the leg is over step outside and have a sip, theres more than one way to skin a cat, if needed....

Surely he must of had a few in the practice room. But I don't know if that's enough to last for the entire 45 minutes on stage. All speculation really. To even be picked to play is an achievement to be proud of. And nobody can take away the fact he is the only American to ever win a major title overseas. Great player he is. |

That's an interesting fact i wasn't aware of. Thanks for sharing. There's no drinking allowed during these national and provinces playoffs? I wish USA would adopt the same rules at this level. |

| I thought the US should of walked into the next round. Was a bit disappointed with Butlers performance overall. |
