| Had my first go at this just now. 87 first attempt. Grumbled at myself for too many sloppy darts.
Refocused and shot 123 on 2nd attempt.
Not as easy as I thought it was. lol |

Not as easy as I thought it was. lol 123 is a good showing Jimbo. You were averaging 3.69 mpr over 33 rounds. Really good. |

| Thanks guys.
I was a bit disappointed with the 123 at first cos I had a 0 in there, but looking at the mpr, Im rather happy with that. I was on the door step of 4 until I had that 0. That was in the last 5 rounds. |

| I hear what you're saying about the 0 rounds Jimbo. Certainly doesn't help the mpr average.
One of my favorite parts about this game is that you have to stay on the 20's no matter what. Normally if I throw a dart and it blocks the 20 I don't hesitate for a second about going for the cover shot. But playing this game it's funny sometimes how the 3rd dart finds it's way into the treble 20. When I would of gone for a cover under normal circumstances 100% of the time, I stand there amazed at how my dart flew straight into the treble 20 and didn't even make contact with the other 2 darts.
Our league years ago used to give all star points for anything 100 or over. So many of us would stay on the 20 no matter what. It wasn't until about 1997 when I started watching the pro's play on vcr tapes that I realized it's okay to go for a cover shot. I'll do that a lot in normal play now. Block the 20 and I'm on the 19 quick as can be. Unlike my old doubles partner who stay's on 20's all the time no matter what. |

| Im the same as you Winmau, I switch without thinking about it. Almost did it a few times in that challenge. lol
I hate when my 1st dart goes close to the t20 on the right side of the bed. That is when I switch. |

| Was just on great pace to my 50 darts @ the 20 record. Hit a 7 mark with darts 43, 44, 45 to get 77. A 2 mark on the next round for 79!!!!! Grrrrrr. Triple 20 with dart 49 to tie my record of 82. Then a big FAT 5 with dart 50!!!!!!!! ^^^^ not sure why I put that in the video section 1st time around? |

| WOW!!!!! Really throwing hard tonight!!! Had a massive round at the 20's going. Was on 36 after 18 darts. 7, 7 and a 9 mark on the trot. Hit a 5 mark so I was on 41 after 21 darts. That's where it went to crap. Bounced one off my shaft with the last dart when I had 4 already in then very next round has 2 in when I got a super rare bounce off the wire. Tried to regain composure. Finished with 82 for the second time tonight, missing completely with dart 50 both times!!!! |

| YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Finally reached my short term goal!!!! Wanted to hit 84 marks in 50 darts as that would of put me over 5 MPR (marks per round). Ran off a massive game and ended up with 88 marks after 50 darts!!!!!Super happy with that effort!! Put me at 5.28 marks per round average or 105.6 average on the 20's, not counting the missed darts. A couple 9 marks along the way along with a ton of 7 marks. Still totally missed with dart #50!!! lol I can sleep happy!!!! Loving my new darts. See ya all in the morning |

| I know I only do 50 darts @ the 20, but last night I did do back to back games of 82 followed by 88. Would of gave me 170 after 100 darts. I'll give a go @ 100 darts sometime soon just to make it official though. here's the new entry from last night. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| I debated not posting, but decided that I gain nothing from that. My result was a 55, with the first three darts all triple 20 for my second lifetime 180!!
Would very much like to improve on that 55 though!! I don't want to make competition too much of my practice time, but I am thinking of making the competition the practice rather that the task itself as the practice. (Does that even make sense?)
In any event I will do it again and I will get better.

Quite likely and I tend to throw a bit poorly after a league night as my focus is down in general and I tend to be slightly on the sore side.. At least now with the 55 I have a baseline on which I can improve! |
