| Just got these, Stephen Bunting 12g. Got them because I was curious to see what a 12g dart is like to throw. They are fun to throw actually, despite them being minuscule. Best I have managed so far is a 140. Here are the darts: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here is a comparison with one of my Kongs: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| I have a hard time with those darts myself.
They fly very strange. Unlike any other light dart I have. |

what do you make of that tiny micro grip Danny? Baffles my mind really. I have NO idea why they fly the way they do. My dart lands with the flight pointing up quite a bit... kind of like a Wade or Lewis. Normally my darts are dead flat like Deano's. Every single dart I own has the same set up, a medium nylon shaft with a slim flight. They all land pretty much identical. The weight varies from 12 grams (total dart) to 20 grams. |

what do you make of that tiny micro grip Danny? To be honest mate, my first though was, huh, I thought these darts were supposed to have a micro grip?? It really is very slight and almost non existent. I suppose, in the hand you can just about tell that it is there, and if you look very closely you can make it out. I won't be using these on a regular basis but will just be keeping them for s***s and giggles. If anything, I like how thin they are, but they are just too short for me. Maybe with a different setup I could get them to fly better, but I can't be arsed messing about with them. I will take them along to my game this week and let the lads have a mess about with them though! It was strange reverting back to my normal darts afterwards, felt like I was throwing bricks at the board. thinking about it though, it was a nice little warm up/training exercise, as my darts went a lot truer afterwards! |
