| Are you loyal to one dart manufacturer over another? I've recently become a convert to Target - price, product, value for money, customer appreciation, etc, etc. And, oh yeah, um, they make a phenomenal dart!!
Obviously, with the amount of darts that get traded on a daily basis, members here switch brands all the time but do you have one brand you prefer over any other maybe not for darts but for shafts, flights or anything else?

Target does indeed seem to be the brand of choice on these boards and yet I don't think I have owned a Target dart. I tried the Carrera but it felt a little bit like a cheese grater (nice dart otherwise) but beyond that no real experience with Target. I have liked the Unicorn darts I have owned (Barneveld gold titanium, Taylor phase 6) but at the end of the day my McCoy stealth is my hands down favorite. Wonder if there is a target dart out there for me that would change my mind? |

| Red Dragon for me. At the forefront of innovation and always reasonably priced. No contest imo on that score. To me it seems the other big manufacturers readily increase the prices year on year but for me RD are the best and best value for money. |

Nice, I've been looking at their copper/ tungsten darts too, thinking about the ringed ones. I have a set of the extras and the snipers. Would like a set of all of McCoys darts! Well made stuff and great price |

| I'm fairly loyal to unicorn on several things. I am a huge phase 5/sigma metal base slik stik user and they provide the only decent version of that. Their maestro flights are fairly straight forward and cover a good variety of styles.
As far as actual darts go I am open to try other brands but its hard to find consistency of the major brands in smaller companies.
Like storm points from target but really dislike their other products but they definitely are an innovator |

| What do you dislike of Target products? As far as darts go I like Unicorn, Target, and Winmau. I throw One80s now and they are my favorite of all but have only had this one set. Unicorns flights are junk IMO, the slik stiks are nice stems but don't care for the gripper nylon shafts. Targets flights are good as any. Winmaus flights are pretty cheesy too. Don't have a lot of experience with Harrows or Bottleson, just one set of each. I almost forgot Puma- very nice darts! I own more Unicorns than anything |

| Had really bad experience with their repointer, didn't really like the pure darts(kind of cheesy but neat), and on the whole they are a much higher price point for only "slightly more" value at best. |

| I'm the same as Jimbo on that one. But the Target and Red Dragon equipment havent failed me so far, but unfortunately the Unicorn equipment has. So in that regard I prefer Target and Red Dragon, but I feel like if anyone else could muster up good equipment I wouldn't hesitate to try them out Cheers |

| The darts i've used most over the years have typically been Harrows........ but i feel all the top brands make good equipment nowadays so never hesitate to buy from any manufacturer |

| I think if the manufacturers were wise, they would be paying attention to us nutz. I made a comment recently about the fact that a small percentage of members here most likely do the most posting. I also believe that we (nutz members) probably also fall into the category of those who buy the most darts and equipment. Just a theory but probably true. |
