| Hey guys getting a new dart board for christmas, currently have a blade 4 but looking for something new,am I better off getting an eclipse pro which is 28 euro here in my town,or buy an eclipse hd online which will roughly cost 55 between the board and postage. Is there a big difference between two boards and I should buy Hd? or should I just but the normal? I play roughly 2-3 hours on weekdays and more at the weekends.Thanks. |

| I think the Blade 4 has a better spider and although the Eclipse HD is not bad, I dont think it is good enough to pay the extra cash. |

| avoid target pro tour like it will kill you it is terrible my bull wasnt even centre.i have had every board apart from harrows and the unicorn hd i rate them like this
blade 4 -cheap and good bulls advatage-very well made real good looking but costs more and some people that use light darts have drop outs unicorn eclipse-worse than blade 4 for same or more money and my mates wires split and theu wear real bad target pro tour-the worst 28 quid i spent on a board the bull was off centre but the board did look very nice new but after just a month or 2 it was like it was half carboard and looked so used it was unreal. |

| for the money Blade 4 IMO is the best. I own both the Bulls Advantage and the Blade 4. Blade 4 for me. |

Agree with all of this, the Target board chews up very easily, I swear by the Blade 4, but I also just got a Bulls Advantage 3 and it is a stunning board and well worth £40, yes it's hard and darts will fall out, but give your points a scuff across the way with a sharpener or a piece of abrasive paper, problem sorted, and it will outlast any other board by double. |

| I bought the Eclipse pro and my mate bought the Blade 4 at the same time.... I will definately be swapping across to the Blade for my next board. Mainly just because the way the two boards have wore. The Blade has took the abuse far better than my Eclipse pro which is starting to reach the end of its life with me.
My advice would be to stick with the Blade 4 |

| for longevity I dont think the Bulls can be beaten, but the hardness will be off putting for some, but as is said you can overcome that to a certain extent.
But as an all round value for money board the Blade 4 is hard to beat. |
