Looks a bit like the Bulls Advantage 2 in its brightness, notice the numbers though, they look almost digital, looks a nice board, wonder if the HD is High Definition or High Density?

I'm wondering (more hoping really) whether they will send me this as my prize from the UK Open twitter comp on Sunday night - would be well chuffed if they do

That would be really nice if they did Mike, lets hope they do then!
Now I have a dilemma, wait a bit longer and get one of these or still go for the Harrows Pro Matchplay?

how are the wires on that grip? They look thicker than the ones on the Blade 4 but that could just be an illusion from the picture

No firm details yet, could be just glare off the whiteness?

it looks good and well-made, probably whiter than the Target Play Vision that I use. My only concern would be the numbers, they seems thicker than usual. I know you're not supposed to hit them, but my darts occasionally drift in the number area, might cause some bounceouts.
The font of the numbers look fine, though. Interesting board.

Really does look great that, Hopefully the sisal will be packed a little tighter than the previous Eclipses but I may have had two from their bad batch days
The number ring reminds me of the digits on american football shirts lol

No doubt they will drop in price at some point though, will see how much the Harrows board is, if its £30 or less I will have one.

Not crazy about the look. Don't particularly like the larger numbers. We don't see it with spot lights on it, hopefully it's not too bright. Some boards are. Don't care for the white painted spider. It'll look bad when you're nicking the paint off. I do like that it's vein-free. That's the only advantage I see over the Blade 4.

I wonder how they made it vein free? the veins are caused by the way the paper round the biscuits of sisal is squashed together, so have they invented a new way of making the boards?

Possibly. But my Blade 3 and the Mueller Tournament Razors look vein-free to all but the closest of inspections.

I think I would like to inspect this board up close first, I am not so sure from the vid but I think I have seen a thinner spider on other boards, could be just the white paint.?

hmm interesting. i'm on the fence but i'll have to wait and see some reviews/what they look like after a few months of heavy use. my blade 4 is still kickin strong after 4 months of heavy use with storm points. plus its nice that the two places i go out to play darts at both just got all new blade 4s put up in the last month.

I did read that Gary Anderson has been using one for a few months and he said it is hardly worn. And he hits lots of Trebles!

As Oche has mentioned above the only thing that would put me off is the white spider looking tatty eventually after solid use. Other that it's a fine looking thing

Can you play this board as a BDO player (as it says PDC on it), or will you get a 180 day ban as well if you get caught ?

The center bull wire is very thick on the Unicorn Eclipse boards. On the Winmau Blade 4 board, the center ring bull wire is much thinner.
My previous 5 boards were Unicorn Eclipse boards. I liked them very much. But now I have a Winmau Blade 4 and it has become my new favorite board.
