| Wow, if you practicing 4-5 hours a night for 4 years you got one on me! I am lucky if I get 4 hours a week at the moment so would suggest any pain may be due to over doing it. I reckon 2 hours a night, if you not a pro would be more than enough. |

| The supplement JD mentions is worth a try, I have been taken it myself for a long time, but I think some of my joints are beyond its help now.
What your describing could be wear and tear on either the joints or ligaments or even an aggravated nerve. The only thing I can say is to rest it for a while to see if it helps, continue with the deep heat as it wont hurt to try. Try some heat treatment, either a hot bath or heat pads. Might be a few weeks of rest before you see an improvement.
I would visit your doc though and explain the problem. Depends on what your doc is like, some are sympathetic to such problems and others may just say take a pain killer and rest it.
I always get pain in my wrist and thats all my doc said to me.
Good Luck. |

| General advice assuming its not a medical situation as much as an over work
use a lighter dart, gripper dart with less taper(more taper means you need a tighter grip) dont snap your arm or wrist, adjust the angle your feet point when at the ochey and focus on consistent throws rather than trying to muscle it into the spots you want |
