| I tend to throw hard most of the time but find me self occasionally throwing a softer dart. Why I don't know!!! |

| I'm not really a hard thrower but more of a gentle loop - but in the league match on Wednesday they were flying well loopy lol. It didn't affect my playing but I don't know why it happened |

Theres a big difference between looping darts and being loopy ! Think you would fall into the latter  I used to throw pretty hard years ago but have a much softer throw now 8) |

I think I would benefit from a harder throw, but I cant seem to develop one? |

| I'm kind of a... uh.... I'm uh... I'm kind of a... I'm... uh.... I'm sorry.... uh...I'm... MicInnis180's avatar... uh... I'm kind of ... um... I'm a...  In between. I have kind a long slowish throw but I use all of it to accelerate the dart so it lands pretty firmly and with not too much "rainbow"... uh... what was I saying... |

Still don't know what happened, but I tried again earlier and it was still happening. I changed the flights from Cosmo kites to the Cosmo pears - and the darts were flying properly again lol. After this though I would say that today's efforts with the Cosmo pears has changed my opinion of them. I used to use normal pear or kite flights, but when I tried Cosmo pears previously I wasn't too keen on them. If tonight is anything to go by though I can see me using them in our next game in a couple of weeks time. I'm going to keep them on for at least the weekend and see how they go - but I think Halo may well be getting another order from me for some pear flights when they get back from holiday after next weekend. |

| For me it depends on the shape of the dart when i had my phase 5s i lobbed em but now with the hankeys its a bit straighter but then sometimes i will lob the odd one |

Yeah thats a good point Del, but then again I guess if you know your a flat thrower your not likely to use a front heavy dart, but having said that there is no right or wrong way, I imagine that Whitlocks throw is pretty straight because he has an aggressive throw but his darts are front weighted. I think we can adapted our throws to suit if we play with a set long enough. |

| my natural throw is rainbow like barney but got sick of missing doubles so have shanged to fast direct throw now which i am very happy with. |

| My throw is definitely very loopy, have tried a more direct throw for experimental purposes, but it just didn't work at all for me. |
