Would anybody like to join me in doing this, im sure there is a lot of us that change darts each week in the hope that it will all come together better for us. I like most do this more regularly than is good for me or my game.

So, here what I propose.
Ill give myself till Friday 7 September 2012 to pick a set of darts (all others are to be sold, and I have already made plans to send them away so I know this will be sorted).
Then on firday night I will take a 120 dart dartpro shootout average score and post it up for all to see.
This I will repeat every Tuesday and Friday for 4 weeks, If the theory that the more you play with the same set the better it will become is true, then we should all see an improvement?

Anyone fancy joining me for a HONEST experiment, its only four weeks with what set of darts, cant be that bad can it?

I have been using the same dart for the last 2 months so I won't say it will be a problem

Its godd that your doing this matt, I tried this at the beginning of the year, I stuck with one set for 12 weeks I think it was. I played with my Target 23g and it was a big difference as I started to improve again. But it was very hard for me not to resist trying more darts lol!

I have gone back into my normal mode again of trying various sets, but I have realised it is something I enjoy doing so I doubt I will ever stop it to be honest.

Lefty could be busy, we need a space for name, dart,stem,flight. dart pro average x8, 100+,140+ 180's.
Anyone joining this little experiment should obviously download dart pro. And if we cant geta chart on line I can do an old fashioned one with a piece of paper and pen
then when we have finished id take a photo of the peice of paper and post it up for all to see (actually I havent worked out to do that yet either)

Well I had a look at Leftys shop summary table and it was not pretty, just a load of gobbledegook to me!

I think so but not 100%, I only use it for playing online as I have my iPad for games vs Computer

Not going to be easy I've swapped 2 sets so got 2 on the way....

Good luck then mate, it is the best way to improve though.

Ill try it. I've been waffling back and forth between using my phase six's and andy hamiltons.
So I will use these:

25g Hamiltons
Sigma Flights
Slik Stik Style Sigma Magnesium shafts

Can some one explain what this dart pro average is exactly? Is this a website?
