They already sent me the silver set awhile ago. Just the barrels though. This set was sort of a "Hey, we're sorry" set. I appreciate it, but I'm excited about the next time I get something from Simon. |

| I didn't realise the 15g Gold Priestleys were so rare - is that right then that there were only 15 sets of them? I ordered 2 sets of them when i spotted them on RD a while ago.. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Have been using one set and keeping the other for the collection - will have to keep them both in top condition now! |

| Yeah they will be still rare because they were never released commercially. |

Yeah, they made more then 15 sets of them. But they weren't mass produced at all. Just a small run of them were made. I had never seen them until recently though. |

| Is it the 15g goldies that are rare or are all the weights rare in gold? |

No, the other weights are massed produced in large numbers. The reason for the 15's being so rare is that not many will be sold in that weight as many players don't shoot that light. They did make a run of the silver 15's and they were available a few years ago on most any dart website. But even the silver ones were made in limited numbers as they just don't sell very well. The gold ones however where just made in a sample batch and never marketed by Winmau darts. This is the story from Winmau sales employee. |

| Ok, the lightest golds I can get in Aus are 24g! The silvers I can get in 17g. |

| I have the 15g gold + silver steel tip. 17g silver steel tip and 18 g gold soft tip.
I found the 15g silver feel better than the 17g silver as the rings are closer together and they make the grip better. I thought I would preffer the gold 15gram darts as I like the feel of my 18gram soft tip. But I prefer the 15g steel tip for some reason.
Also has any of you found that your stems are not a flush with the barrel when screwed in? As some of mine are not flush which is rare for Winmau darts. |

| Yes^^^^ I noticed that the back of the barrels are so thin that the stems seem to overlap a bit. Very tiny dart at the back. |
