They are all the same size although my worst double is probably tops. My favourite five doubles though are 4, 18, 10, 16 and 12

i'm a fan of 32/16 and 40/20

I think I go with cb on this too, D20, D16

and by the looks of your avatar darren double D's are also your favorite..

Really not bothered....generally I like 18's but 9's ain't great of I split it......surprisingly 7's has been a friend to me many times. I can however hit and miss pretty much any double!!!

When I won my game in my first county match I hit tops, so that is really special.....I also hit a 180 in my first leg in the county....on stage with large screen tvs averages and all......highlight of my career that max!!!!! Happy days

32 (and all it's children) out.

I aim at the 13/6 wire for double in because I'm crap at darts but can occasionally luck one in somewhere between d4 and d10 that way.

D16 is best for me

Playing in a double start comp i normally aim between the d10 and d6 and generally hit at the first visit

There's a big reason for it also.

When I 1st started playing league we would get awards for high in and high out.

You could have 27+ 152 in's and guess what it would get you?

Jack Squat!!!!

Have just 1 160 in and most likely you would be tied with several other people.

But still get a trophy.

If I can't strive to do the best, highest in, then I need to find another sport to take up.

And yes, I would occasionally try for the 170.

If i'm feeling good about my game then I'll toss one dart at the bull to try and get in, if I miss i'll go for D16. Out wise any of them really, but my favourites are 16 and 8

Double in on 18. Try to set up D16 for the out.

But they are all the same size, any double that I hit is my favorite till the next game.

Favorite in is the Bull, out I will take whatever I can get. I had a partner whose favorite out was double 1, if he had anything below a 32 he tried to set up a double 1, so I just got used to taking whatever he'd leave me

I usually would go d16/d8 in.

Same here Hamo, in and out D16 with backup D8.

36 is my little beauty as their is something magical and mysterious about that number that i just can't explain. but that's a whole new thread

D10 is my go to double. If I'm missing that baby, then I'm in big trouble and d1 will await me.
