| Is there such thing as a dart season?
For example when clubs begin to register, teams are announced, tournaments etc? Or is it year round? |

| Good question Myla. I think the dart season is starting soon actually. Seems as though right around the end of summer people start thinking about upcoming dart leagues. Maybe a few places hold a luck of the draw tourney to get people motivated. But all in all, i would say that in the USA, dart season is upon us. |

| Very good question with no set answer lol
My leagues are:
Summer - May to early September Winter - end September to early April
There is also a singles league that I want to join that runs for 2 seasons in the year:
Season 1 - January to May Season 2 - July to November |

| Its always dart season around here, always a couple of leagues going on. Blind draws every Friday and Saturday all year long, although they are soft tip. Our steel tip league goes on for 5 months then a break for a month and then starts back up. |

| Our league runs from September to May.
You would be best phoning a local bar that has a team and ask them when and how you go about entering the league.

| Myla, at least in our league, it is highly dependent on whether or not you make it to the playoffs how much down time there is between seasons. Even if you go all the way to the finals you will still get some time off between seasons |

| my single's league starts mid sept and goes til around may, with a week or two off for christmas. there wasn't enough interest for a summer league but if there had have been we would have thrown one. similar for my team league but it doesn't start until october. darts seems to be a winter activity on the bruce peninsula. |
