This was originally one big piece that folded in half to cover my floor! Seen the Oche system and said to myself " self, you can make this cheaper"lol. So it is made out of 1/2 inch plywood,one Piano hinge cut in half, hole cut for the hand grip, simple to do!! Check out this link and watch my vid!!!! :cheers:

Thats fantastic Trevor! Wow, I'm impressed, actually looks better than the Oche R Us, trouble is I'm crap at joinery, my Dad is good but not in great health but he may help me to make one, certainly going to try it!!

I agree, much better looking than the Oche-R-Us. Wish I was good at joinery as well.

Just cut how ever you want...what ever you think is comfortable!!!! try a cardboard cut out first!!!! Cheers.... :cheers:
