heres a tip- keep a notebook or something of the sorts handy when practicing. Its great for writing down solutions or self observations. sometimes when practicing, we all get little hiccups and most times we can fix it relatively easy. but just taking a second to jot down a couple of words of wisdom on how you solved the hiccup can pay dividends if the issue ever arises later. you dont have to keep complete chronicle of every throw...just a couple words or phrases every now and then that can defib your memory and get you back in the zone. clink glasses
