Well done to Fox for winning the last challenge, he has chosen the new one and it is as follows:

Was thinking a game of half it would make a nice challenge.

6 segments of the board, in this case as follows

20s
Any green
15's
Any double
14's
Dbl bull

Throw 3 darts at each segment in order, if you fail to hit the segment with three darts your score is halved. Whoever has the highest score at the end wins


I'm not at all familiar with this one but will have a go.
Any question/ query's post here and Fox will be able to oblige

I did this challenge for about 45min. and here are my best 2 results:

I'll give this one a go tonight, not expecting to get anywhere near the scores already posted like. If I got past 200 I would be happy.....We'll see

The easy bit is building a nice score, the hard bit is sealing a good score by hitting the DB at least once at the end.
I have had better scores (not as good as Hats ) and blown it by missing the DB but I would say this is one of my favorite challenges so far, nice choice Foxy!

It definately wasn't on the first few tries that I got those scores.. Like rebel said it's easy to build a score it's another thing to hit the Bull to preserve it. I had some scores that were higher than those then missed the bull. I had a score of 300+ once with cutting it in half by not getting the bull???

Wasn't as difficult as I thought as long as you don't half the score that is. I will try again later and hopefully improve

Leave it out Hat, I'm already having enough trouble getting close to that 500

Had another few go's and heres my best........so far

20's = s20 s20 t20 = 100
Green = t19 t15 miss = 102
15's = t15 miss t15 = 90
Double = d20 miss miss = 40
14's = t14 miss s14 = 56
db = miss db miss = 50

TOTAL = 438

This was after my two previous go's had been halfed at the 15's and any double respectively and then again at the db. Needless to say they weren't the most spectacular looking figures. I still feel like I have a better score in me.....wether I can achieve it or not is a different matter....but i will be giving it another few attempts

Thanks fox, I have been workin harder with my practice and can finally see an improvement in myself. My grouping has got alot tighter and I feel i have far more control of the dart at the minute. Have to say alot of it is down to this site and people like you, hat and the others giving me something to aim towards. Anyway....onwards and upwards, I'm not where I want to be yet.
