| Some guy named Trevor has me interested in a set of these: http://www.tadarts.com/contents/en-us/d172_Mega_Thrust_Hammer_Heads.htmlThe price is definitely right!! I am thinking about getting a set but had an experience with this company before. I broke an aluminum shaft in a 22 gram John Lowe barrel and sent it to them for repair (which they did not charge me for - only return shipping). Unfortunately, I never got the dart back in the mail (might have sent the whole set now that I think about it). On follow up, I never got any compensation for my pre-paid return shipping charges or for the darts. Would I be out of order to ask for a discount on these darts (it was approximately three years ago)? Or was it my loss? |

| Might be your loss, that's a long time my friend. Worth a shot though. Question, how is the price definitely right!? |

| I am not an addict. I am not an addict. I am not an addict. On a follow up note - the shop said they were going to put a claim in to the USPS for my lost package. After the required waiting period, I never got anything from them or any explanation. I don't know if anyone has not received a package from a reputable shop before but I could tell that these people could care less about my loss. If it was my business, I would have offered the customer some sort of credit/gift certificate etc. But that's just me. Whew....it feels good to get that off of my chest all this time later |

Whew....it feels good to get that off of my chest all this time later I remember when I was about 15, I sent off for this bodybuilding book, at the time it was quite expensive about £15, so I sent a Postal Order off. I never got the book, I sent a letter and got no reply, I was bitterly disappointed as to me then £15 took a while to save up, that was the most ripped off feeling I ever felt, I had ordered it from a well established magazine too. Not had anything as bad in recent years, had some things arrive damaged but usually the retailers have been helpful and compensated in that case. The other week I bought some cheap plastic storage drawers, were about £16. One of the drawers had a crack in it. I phoned up to complain, they said keep the drawers and we will refund you the money, which was great! Not seen the refund in my account yet, so remains to be seen if it is so great, lol. |
