| I have to swallow hard here, I have called his style and have said he verges upon cheating in the past, but I have to take my hat off and say well done to Pipe for beating Wade in the Austrian open, I have never liked the bloke but upon getting a positive report from me brother and seeing his post match interview I have to say I was wrong. While I don't like his slow style, I believe it is down to some sort of shoulder injury he received at work, but there is no taking away, he is a great floor player and from reports and the interview I think he is a top bloke too. So I change my stance, I admit I was wrong and I say, Justin Pipe, what a cracking dart player and what a top bloke too. |

| I know the slow style of Pipes play can be painful to watch, but I have always admired him for how he came to develop that style.
Basically after he had an accident he was told he would not be able to use his arm again. From what I remember reading, he took up darts as a way to help rehabilitate his arm.
He could only move his arm very slowly with little power, but over time he regained full use of his arm and the slow style was a result of that.
He is also a mixed martial artist if you never knew! |

| I am sometimes a bit quick to judge I guess, just shows if you actually read the book rather than just looking at the cover you come to a better, more balanced conclusion. Cheers guys, I am now off to sign up to the Justin Pipe fan club |
