I found that shop via rakuten a while back when looking for some more Cosmo gear. I ordered something from them and they cancelled my order as they didn't ship direct to the UK. They gave me a link to set up a postbox type facility in Japan, but I wasn't too keen on that idea.

I asked another of the shops on rakuten if they shipped to the UK and didn't even get an answer from them (can't remember which one that was though)

I might have another look and see what other shops there are for darts goods though as there was some good stuff on there - shame about Dart Shop Hive though as they looked to be the best.

You may be ok getting goods shipped to the US from them - but check using an email account you rarely use. I get at least 1 email a day from them (some times 4 or 5) giving their latest offers - even though they won't ship to me direct lol.

As far as other Japanese shops are concerned, the only one I've found so far that send to the UK is Far East Darts:
