This is what I use. Since I switch board about once a month this makes switching much easier and is more stable in my opinion.

I have been thinking about getting 1 of those for about 12 months now, think its time I did.

Stems: Medium Nylon shafts
Flights: Standard Shape Pentathlon flights with wizlock stem caps.

HPO 2013: 160 Monday League, 170 Tuesday League.
