| I think if you compete on a normal sized board you might as well practice on one, but some say that using a trainer board makes a normal board seem easier, I cant say if thats true though.
So its a Nay from me. |

| I use one and think they are a good investment. It helps with your focus & concentation as the target as are half the size, these new Darts Practice Rings are a similar concept really to get tou to focus better and improve grouping and the board does the same, so my option would be the board. |

| I dont think it would help me personally, as I strain to see the regular trebles and doubles, I think it would be worse for me with my poor sight. |

| We have one for team practice that we get out every now and then to add a little bit of spice to the night.
As Gun says it does make you concentrate that bit harder as those beds are very tiny, but the feeling you get when you're regularly finding the T20 on them makes it worthwhile. |

| I have one and used to practice on it but didn't notice any difference in my game. The only big thing I noticed was on the day of my matches, when I used it before going to the league, when I did start shooting on a regular board, everything felt HUGE!! So the confidence level went up. |
