had another go at this today and hit my target of 100, theres still more in the tank so ill lift my next challenge to 110 and hopefully it should come soon. Must say these challenges are good for breaking up the practice and posting here keeps the targets and achievements at easy access. looking forward to getting involved in the weekly challenges aswell to keep mixing it up.
anyway, this go broke down as follows,

Sorry guys. I only do 1/2 the challenge. 50 darts at the 20. After years away from darts I'm starting to groove again. As you can see, a couple months ago I hit 59 marks with 50 darts. Improved a bit, then when i got the new darts and really started playing I finally hit 70 marks in 50 darts. Just the other day I did 78 twice. When I used to play back in 2005 (last time I played) I used this game on all the numbers. My personal best is 164 after 100. Looking to pop off a good one like that soon. And as always, the camera will be running.

Turned the camera on last night when I got home from playing soft tip.
Had a decent go at 50 darts But if you take away the 3 180's I feel I didn't shoot well at all.
If I get hot I really think I can realistically do 85+ in 50 darts.
But it's easy to saying it. I need to have the camera going and put up or shut up.

Thanks. I did okay in the middle. But way to many 2 marks. Really hurt the score.
I'll have a go at a good one soon. Hopefully the camera will be rolling.
I'd hate to put up a mid 80's attempt and not have it recorded.
84 is my current goal. I'd have to average 5.04 marks per round.

I have just looked at your vids on you tube, you must be some kind of super athlete! no wonder you can throw those light darts when you can bench press that much, LOL if you threw heavy ones your board would be shattered!

Sorry. I'm only doing 50 darts at the 20. But I set my record just now. Was hammering the 20 pretty good.

50 Darts @ 20
4 off my 82 score of a few days ago, but a good one to catch on video anyway. Good scoring but the sloppy 2 marks seem to come to often for any chance of me getting my goal of 84 which would put me at over 5 MPR.
This effort was a 4.68 mpr

Yeah, for a score of 78 it sure seemed sloppy. Might of been the good start and a few 7 marks helped.
When I shot 82 the other day it seemed like I was hitting the trip 20 with my 1st dart just about every round.
Oh well, more practice....

Okay members. It looks like we ALL have our work cut out for us. I was watching this match from the beginning and started to keep track of them shooting at JUST the 20. I didn't count outshots or cover shots. Adrian got an amazing 104 marks after 50 darts and Co had 85 marks after 50 darts!!!! Seems fairly accurate as well. Like I said, I didn't count outshots or cover shots and Adrian was averaging 105 right when he got to 50 darts on my score sheet. What's scary is, can you imagine what these guys could do if they were in the practice room just shooting at 20's??????? This is the vid I used to count the scores...

They are in a different league altogether to us mere mortals and yes its scary to think how good they are away from the pressures of the competitive stage, but maybe some play better under pressure?
