I have used this routine for almost 2 years now and it has put me in good stead. No matter what routine I may do this one is always done many times a week now.

Varying the numbers once again will help with boredom .

WHY DID I USE SO MANY DOUBLES! took me 1 hour and 10 min. no joke- seriously sweating right now lol. probably a thousand friggin darts. started great but its so hard for me to keep my concentration while practicing, at the end i felt like i was just throwing and praying lol. Tomorrow when i do this i might just do like 7 numbers instead of 11.

I'd say better that than getting frustrated and throwing without any focus..or for that matter enjoyment.

How many numbers you starting with? I started with just 7 . The cricket numbers plus the bull. I repeat get with flight school.

40 min for 9 numbers- all triples and double felt much beter. Was throwing the T20, T18, D20, D 8, D10, B, D16, D17 and T19. D20 took the most time to hit. Tried tweaking my "flick" grip but struggled, really started rolling once i just focused on hitting the target. Looks like i might check out this flight school thing, and more vids please this one is great.

A good starting point Mighty. Flight school has helped a lot of members here. Amazing what happens when you stop thinking about your throw and just focus on that target
