This an old Apex board dating back to the 1920's.
these sold for for about $2.50 back in the day.

Nice board - reminds me of those spin the wheel games you get at the funfair.

What's it made of - is it cork for the board stuck onto a square of wood?

Whats interesting is it still follows the same London (clock) numbering, yet its from 1920's and a U.S. style of darts.

The board is actually a piece of plywood. The brown area is all cork with wires and staples. And the board is hand painted. I believe the original owner put some type of preservative on the cork to keep it from drying out.
