| played darts for the first time in a while, after the op. the arm is still not 100% and still a bit of pain but i can wait no longer. the phsyo gave me the ok to play. it feels like startintg over again. but...... i am back!!!!! |

| Good one mate, but I would not over do it yet, the body takes a while to heal fully even if you may not feel as much pain, takes longer the older we get too.  |
