| Well the idea behind them was that I wanted a high level of grip from a design without too much machining. I believe that if you have loads of machined edges, well thats just more to go blunt. So I specified the wider square cut grooves to achieve the grip. So far it has worked for me. I have just retired the first set of Elites that came off of Lee's lathe - and I only did that as I wanted to keep them as a momento. Still grippy |
