Shops Summary Table Updated

I did a order a few weeks ago for the bar were we going to play next season dartboard surround and stuff + 5 maxiflo pens,everything arrived only missing three pens due to out of stock ,also in november maybe u remember that they forget the 8 pro grip shaft short white due to out of stock ,I call them on 24/1/13 i think and asked where my shafts and maxiflo pens ,she toldme that she gonna pull it in a package and send to my house,still not recieve,i did a order of the 25/1/2013 for the owner of the bar and for my friend he need some stuff and asked if they can put it in the package ,but still nothing recieve missing 3x maxiflo pens and 8x pro grip shafts short white a bit dissapointing...

Well i got my stems and the pens today.
but i recieve the Harrows Super Grip Stems,dissapointing about it,next time i will try other shop...

This is not really a review but I would welcome feedback from others in the UK. I placed an order for some darts with a180 yesterday. I got paid yesterday so fancied some new darts lol. I am an impatient soul and have the house to myself today so I paid extra for next day delivery. This cost me £4.99 and it said next day delivery mon-sat if ordered before 1.30pm. I ordered at 1pm just before I went on my lunch break at work.

Anyway my post has been delivered today and no sign, and no email from a180 to advise of a delay. Has anybody on here used the next day service before and if so do you know if it was Royal Mail or a different courier?

If its a courier and they come today then fine, but if its Royal Mail then I'll be pretty narked off as I paid for next day, which in my book means I should be playing with my new darts today!

Danny its not Royal Mail its A180 they have merged with Dartscorner 100% same returns address as dartscorner on the back of my a180 package the other day also when i use to use a180 alot i would say if i ordered before 3pm monday-friday 98% i would have them the next day now it takes 3-4 days to get flights or shafts in the post big mistake them merging with dartscorner

Cheers for the reply mate. The thing I'm annoyed about is the fact that I paid £4.99 for next day delivery. When I have bought from DC before I have paid the extra £2 for same day posting, but that doesn't necessarily mean they will come next day. This time I have paid for a service that said I would get them next day and I have not received them.

I would ring them up mate and get the postage refunded

Yeah I will. I emailed them today but didn't expect a response, but I have just checked their website and it says they are open on Saturday til 4pm, in which case I would have at least expected a reply to my email. I will definitely be ringing them on Monday. I know Royal Mail do a guaranteed next day service which is what I would have expected them to use, but I am guessing that they weren't sent yesterday, either that or they didn't use a guaranteed delivery service. Either way I didn't get what I was expecting and it's a poor show!
